How do I spin the globe?
Flick it with your finger. A slow drag only rotates it so you can look around; a quick flick spins it and picks a city. If you prefer a button, turn on "Spin button" in Settings → Accessibility.

How is the city chosen?
At random, within the filters and adventure level you choose (Classic, Explore, Hidden gem or Pure luck).

Is the visa information always correct?
We update it regularly from official sources, but entry rules change. Always confirm with the destination's official government website before you travel.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Do you sell flights or hotels?
No. We link to trusted travel partners, and the booking is made with them.
